Fechas: entre los días 22 al 30 de Julio de 2006, ambos inclusive.

Sistema de juego: Suizo basado en rating a 9 rondas.

Local del Torneo: Polideportivo de Galapagar.  C/Guadarrama, s/n.

Comienzo de las partidas: A las 18 h., excepto la 9ª ronda, que comenzará a las 17 h.

Ritmo de juego: Estándar FIDE, 90 minutos para toda la partida más 30 segundos extras por cada movimiento.

Desempates: El sistema de desempate se sorteará al terminar la última ronda entre los siguientes: bucholz, bucholz mediano (quitando mejor y peor), progresivo y sonnenborg-berger. En cualquier caso el último método será siempre sorteo.

Número de participantes: El número máximo de participantes es 180.

DESCUENTOS en la cuota de inscripción:

Para grupos de 4 o más jugadores, que paguen conjuntamente por Banco, especificando sus nombres y el grupo de inscripción al que pertenecen, se les hará un 15% de descuento en la cuota de inscripción.

Ejemplo: 1 general + 1 veterano + 1 menor de 16 años + 1 menor de 12 años (95 €), descuento del 15% (14,25 €), total a pagar por Banco (80,75 €).

El reparto de premios de la Clasificación General se realizará por el denominado sistema Hort (50% de bolsa entre los empatados a puntos y 50% por clasificación) después de aplicar los sistemas de desempate correspondiente.

Los cinco primeros clasificados deberán acreditar su identidad mediante presentación de DNI o pasaporte.

Premio especial de belleza

Se concederá un premio especial dotado de 75 € y trofeo al jugador que gane la partida más bella, a juicio de la Organización.

Los premios (excepto el premio especial de belleza) no son acumulables y se otorgará el de mayor cuantía.

Todos los jugadores menores de 12 años (nacidos en 1994 o después) recibirán un obsequio.   

 

Cómo llegar a Galapagar:

1.- Salida del Intercambiador de Moncloa. Autobuses 631, 632 y 661. Los Autobuses salen de Moncloa y de Galapagar cada 10 minutos, aproximadamente. Hay autobuses hasta la 1,30 de la madrugada.

2.- Tren de cercanías hasta la estación Galapagar-La Navata. Enlazar con autobús 632

A quien lo solicite por e-mail, se le enviará  un listado de Hostales y Pensiones donde alojarse, tanto en Galapagar como en los pueblos cercanos: Villalba, Colmenarejo y Torrelodones.

 

Normativa:

·          Las circunstancias de edad, ELO, titulación, socio del club o residente deberán acreditarse antes del comienzo del Torneo.

·          Será eliminado aquel jugador que tenga dos incomparecencias, y todos los no se presenten a jugar en la primera ronda (excepto si han avisado con anterioridad).

·          Existirá un bye (día libre) a disposición de los jugadores. En la ronda solicitada no se le emparejará y se le otorgará medio punto. Deberá solicitarse con 24 horas de antelación como mínimo, y siempre antes del final de la 4ª ronda. No se concederán byes para las dos últimas rondas.

·          La organización no estará obligada a tomar en consideración rectificaciones en cuanto a ELO, titulación, residencia o fecha de nacimiento, una vez comenzado el torneo.

·          Podrá ser rechazada la inscripción de jugadores que en ediciones anteriores hayan comunicado su preinscripción sin abonarla y no avisaron oportunamente su incomparecencia. Así mismo podrá ser rechazada la inscripción de jugadores que hayan alterado el desarrollo del Torneo en ediciones anteriores.

·          El Comité de Competición será elegido durante el desarrollo de la primera ronda.

·          Debido a las características del suelo del Polideportivo de Galapagar, y para evitar daños, no se permitirá en la sala de juego calzado duro o tacones. Se aceptará calzado deportivo o con suela de goma.

·          La Organización se reserva el derecho de tomar las medidas oportunas para garantizar el buen desarrollo del Torneo.

·          Para lo no previsto en estas bases se aplicarán las normas y recomendaciones de la FIDE.

·          La participación en este torneo supone la aceptación de estas bases.

Dates: The tournament will take place from the 22nd  to the 30^th of July 2006.

Pairing System: 9 rounds Swiss System.

Place: Polideportivo de Galapagar.  C/Guadarrama, s/n.

Time: All rounds will begin at 18 h., but the 9th round, that will begin at 17 h.

Time limits: FIDE Standard, 90 minutes for the whole game with an increment of 30 seconds per move from move 1.

Tie-break: The Organization will draw lots to decide the tie-break system priorities among the following systems: Bucholz, median Bucholz (excluding the best and the worst), progressive and Sonnenborg-Berger. If equality persists after the tie-break, the Organization will draw lots to decide the final classification.

Number of players: The maximum number of players is 180.

DISCOUNTS on registration fee:

For groups of 4 or more players who make the payment together via bank transfer, specifying their names and the registering group they belong to, a 15% discount will be done.

Example: 1 general + 1 senior + 1 younger than 16 + 1 younger than 12 (95 €), 15% discount (14,25 €), Total amount to pay by bank transfer (80,75 €).

Special Beauty prize

There is a special 75 € price for the winner of the prettiest game, according to the Organization. Only one prize (except for the special beauty prize) can be awarded to a player, the highest one.

All players younger than 12 years old (born in 1994 or after) will receive a present.

 

How to get to Galapagar:

1.- From Moncloa Bus Station in Madrid, buses nº 631, 632 and 661. Average frequency of buses is 10 minutes in both directions. Bus service is available until 1.30 AM.

2.- Train to Galapagar-La Navata Station. Link with bus nº 632

A list of hostels in Galapagar and in next villages like Villalba, Colmenarejo or Torrelodones will be sent to everyone who requests it by email.

 

Regulations:

·          ELO, title, or any other fact that implies a fee reduction must be proved before the beginning of the tournament.

·          Players vith two non-appearances or with a non-appearance in first round without prior warning will be knocked out of the tournament.

·          All players can ask for a bye (day off). The player will not be paired in the desired round and the player will score 0.5 points. The bye must be required no later than 24 hours before, and always before the end of the 4th round. No byes are allowed for the last two rounds.

·          The Organization will not take in consideration any correction about ELO, title, residence or date of birth once the tournament had begun.  

·          The registration of players, who in previous tournaments registered, did not pay and did not play the tournament without prior warning can be rejected. So can be rejected these of players that in previous tournaments caused some trouble.

·          An appeals committee shall be elected in the first round.

·          Due to the characteristics of the facilities, no heels are allowed. Sport shoes and gum soles are very welcome.

·          The Organization will take any measure in order to guarantee the correct development of the tournament.

·          For anything not included in these regulations, FIDE regulations and recommendations will be applied.

·          Participation in the tournament implies acceptation of these regulations.
